Russian troops entered the village of Sedniv, which is 25 kilometers away from Chernihiv, on the first day of the full-scale invasion – the 24th of February 2022.
Occupants settled in the local Artists’ Building, the village council, stores and empty houses. They set up their own roadblocks and dug up the landings.
The village became isolated, food and medical supplies were not brought here, and people were not allowed to walk down central streets.
