Russians killed 8 people on our street

On the 27th February 2022, Russian military convoy entered the town of Bucha near Kyiv. For a month the occupants held the city, but under the onslaught of Ukrainian Armed Forces, they were forced to leave. The city was liberated on the 1st of April 2022.

According to official data, more than 500 people were killed in Bucha, and over a thousand more bodies were found in the nearby villages. Many of the dead had gunshot wounds and hands tied behind their backs; the examination also showed signs of tortures and beatings. Word media began to call what happened in the town as “Bucha Massacare” and the “Genocide in Bucha”.
